Age Requirement

Use of the vb8009 Platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. vb8009 may request documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in those accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable verification procedures.

Account Registration

To access the full range of vb8009 services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account details to keep them accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.

One Account Policy

Account Security

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by vb8009 support.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) following account verification clearance.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification or where vb8009 has reasonable grounds to investigate a transaction.
• vb8009 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal until requirements are satisfied.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vb8009 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the account settings page. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, passed identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering Contributions

Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players in any game, tournament, or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to disguise the origin of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as an agent for other players.
• Any conduct that vb8009 determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Bets Placed During Technical Errors

vb8009 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that was placed or settled as a result of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in pricing. Where a void is applied, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account balance. vb8009's decision on whether an error has occurred is final, subject to the complaints procedure described below.

Closure by vb8009

vb8009 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• Account inactivity in line with the dormant account policy.

Closure by the Player

You may close your vb8009 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard identity verification checks.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and vb8009 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

vb8009's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
